Oslo Street Art Festival er et årlig offentlig kunstprosjekt med mål om å styrke stedsidentitet og tilhørighet i lokalsamfunnet for Oslos innbyggere.
Kunstnere fra ulike bakgrunner og disipliner inviteres til å lage kunst i gatene med tilhørende formidlingsaktiviteter som workshops, guidede turer, foredrag, filmvisninger og utstillinger.
