EN: In the first of the year "Ask an Artist" we met Simon Alfredo Compagnet Diaz, also known as Snork One. He is working with visual communication and motion design, his visual identity flows between abstract art, street art, and graffiti. He is also the organizer behind the first ever “Meeting of Styles” graffiti gathering in Norway, which will take place in Økern this summer!
At Forskningsparken you can see his most recent artwork - a colorful mural made in collaboration with Street Art Oslo, Forskningsparken and ArtBio. The painting is inspired by a Rube Goldberg machine: a chain reaction–type machine or contraption intentionally designed to perform a simple task in a comically overcomplicated way, which Diaz hopes will give people something new to discover every time they walk by.
